MISSION STATEMENT

The National Contractors’ Coalition Association (NCCA) is the key access to minority contractors that are fully credentialed and vetted. The NCCA has established collaborative development partners that impact the economic growth and development in the construction arena.

The NCCA educates and provides ongoing opportunities for Black and Brown Contractors to improve the Diversity & Inclusion ratios. Our Members consist of both Union and Non-Union Construction Workers, on projects that are both residential and commercial.

The NCCA presents a united front as we advocate for Disadvantaged Contractors issues of justice, equality, fare bidding, prevailing wages, and all other issues that will strengthen our Disadvantaged Contractors in the Construction Industry.
