The vision of the NCCA COMPRISES DISADVANTAGED Contractors ON PROJECTS BASED ON THE CREDENTIALS OF THEIR CAPABILITY. These fully vetted Contractors GENERATE ECONOMIC IMPACT IN their businesses with the input from our strategic planning for growth.

The NCCA is committed to the following Core Values: 

1. Promoting excellence in the vetting of Contractor within all the Trades of Carpentry. 

2. Provide exemplary professional project management that adheres to the highest standards. 

3. Provide and support the professional training, development, and establishment of Contractors. 

4. Supporting and disseminating projects to Contractors on Earl’s List to service the community at large. 

5. To ensure excellence in the National Contractor’s Coalition workforce with future training on all levels. 

6. To advocate for National Contractors equality on Local, State and National levels. 

7. To keep National Contractors knowledgeable of current advancements in the Carpentry industry. 

GOALS AND STRATEGY

Engage and promote our National Contractors to achieve stronger economic stability by utilizing the plethora of information presented by the NCCA. 

Enhance the professional development opportunities availed to the Black Contractors. 

Enhance the visibility of the role of the NCCA as experts in the practice of Construction within the City of Philadelphia. 

Enrich the community by engaging youth programs to further STEM education in construction.
